Our Lemon & Lime Twist blend is a crisp, energising brew perfect for drinking all year round. Just as the name suggests, punchy lemon and lime add a satisfying citrus twist to our full-flavoured black tea blend.
We then add real lemon and limes pieces, plus our exclusive lemon and live flavouring, transforming the tea into a zesty, invigorating brew. It’s a much-loved tea among our customers worldwide and has been part of the Ahmad Tea collection for over 20 years.
You’ll find each teabag foil-wrapped for freshness, ensuring every brew is full of zingy flavours. Citrus fruits work well in many hot and cold recipes, and this tea’s no exception. Add hot water for a soothing afternoon pick-me-up, or enjoy as a refreshing iced tea on a sunny afternoon. To make a lemon and lime iced tea, simply steep the tea with sugar, then dilute. Serve with ice and a slice and you’ve got a sensational summertime brew.

Water
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. Always use freshly drawn water or filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.
Temperature
Heat fresh water to a rolling boil or to a temperature of 100C.
Infusion Time
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea bag.Keep the teapot covered to retain heat. Time steeping carefully and infuse for 3-5 minutes. When the tea is done steeping, immediately remove the tea and lightly stir.
This black tea has more caffeine than teas in our green tea range. It's important to keep in mind that brew time accounts for the primary influence over a tea's caffeine content.
