Enjoyed in China for over 5,000 years, green tea is an essential part of the nation’s culture. Unlike black tea, it generally isn’t oxidised, meaning it retains its fresh colour and attractive dried grass flavours. Our Tea Masters source fine green teas from China’s Jiangxi, Anhui and Zhejiang provinces. This area is referred to as the ‘Golden Triangle’ due to the superior quality teas grown there.

We include high-quality Chun Mee green tea in each of these blends – both silvery tips and leaf fannings. 

To create the other blends in this selection, we add to our base green tea to transform the toasted grass notes into wonderful flavoured tea expressions.
